Starting sshd: Privilege separation user nobody does not exist
ERROR!
SSH tells me that host 0.0.0.0 is unreachable but I can use Telnet any
ideas?

first of all make sure that the sshd is running (ps -A) .. if it is not
.. no panic, just start it.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/sshd start
If it is ... and you have not changed anything, it is possible that you
have had an unfriendly visit (and have had a root kit installed).
we experienced similar problems.
Go to /usr/bin and run ls -lc and see what dates everything has. Is
there anything with a recent date, and if so what?
