Strange; I use Fetch and Anarchie on a routine basis to transfer
in-and-out on a Raq3i (I'm a Mac-and-Unix kinda guy, avoiding Windoze
whenever possible). Have you made any manual modifications to the setup, or
(as suggested by Steve) done anything with IPCHAINS that might lock out your
client's IP range for specific ports?

Really? Shouldn't that be /users/grant on initial login? Are you sure
there isn't a permissions problem within this virtual site? What happens if
YOU log in with a Windoze client...not as admin or other priviliged user, but
as user grant? (That is, are you certain the problem is limited to Mac Fetch,
instead of to this particular virtual site?)
