Hi,
I'm french, so excuse my bad english please ;)
One of our customers pretend that we are robbing his email informations, and
this only because in his email trace he can read the name of ous server....
Also, if he send some mails in BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), then the server show
this : From: (here is the username) To:
Undisclosed-Recipient:@www.our-servername.com
What's this Undisclosed-Recipient ???
Like i tell you before, i'm french, and i can't find this in any
dictionnary.... ;(
Now, my questions :
1 - Is it normal and logical that in the email propreties, a customer can
read our server-name, and not only his domain name ?
2 - Is this 'Undisclosed-Recipient' also normal and logical ?
3 - Can we take any action, to make that only our customers domain names is
showing in the email propreties ?
Many thanks for any answer
Best regards
Alexandre
