Majordomo which is pre-installed can be configured as a broadcast list with
one line change in the config file for the list (and you can create the list
via the GUI). I prefer Mailman which also can be installed on a RaQ4.
There are countless other MLMs, though if you don't need any MLM
functionality ([un]subscribe mangement, bounce management, etc.) adding a
record in aliases (/etc/mail/aliases, then run newaliases) to include a text
file with each subscriber one per line and a procmail rule for the user
associated with the email address of the list to only deliver posts from a
specific email address (or with a specific code in subject) will be all you
need. There are other solutions as well, but this should get you started.
