Its a question of charging for IE, or the actual work you do. You are
charging for a service and not a product.
I am sure if you started publicly distributing IE with your own enhancements
on a CD at $50 a time plus shipping Old Bill G would be after you too.
Gerald could be seen, and I presume has been seen by SUN as copying their
software, albeit with enhancements and reselling it without their consent.
As i say in my post, my main concern is if SUN at some point withdraw the
free download and make us all buy their software.
