Is there a RAM Overhead? If so, how much, is it noticeable?
Did you notice a hit on NON-PHP performance due to a CPU load being noticeable?
I ask because I noticed a hit when loading PHP onto the RAQ4s we had, we're not really in a position to add too much more load - only lighten it!
