"ifconfig -a" will give you a list of all interfaces, and if they have 
addresses, it'll show them.  its basically the same as ipconfig /all.

If you want to /release /renew (i.e. refresh dhcp assignment), it all 
really depends on the distrib, the interface down/up scripts, and the 
dhcp client used.

Under debian, its typically 'ifdown -a; ifup -a'.

Its been years since I've needed to do it under redhat/cobalt, but at a 
quick glance there are simular scripts under /etc/sysconfig.

Man pages are your friend.
