I recently tried to uninstall a package on my RAQ3. I already SU to root
prior to using the file in /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers. I still get
the error Permission Denied"
Does any one have any idea why this is happening. The package I am
trying to uninstall is the portsentry package from Linuxnetworking.

Just FYI (i replied to the personal mail Jamie sent me) you generally need to call the uninstaller files by using:
sh /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/WHATEVER
since perms on them aren't always set with the executable flag :)

Andy
