I'm looking for advice on how to switch my DNS off my old DNS server on to
my RAQ4r.
Right now, I have two older boxes that are my primary and secondary DNS
servers, I want to move the primary to the RAQ, and I am going to move the
secondary to another box eventually. What is the easiest way to move these
so that they see the RAQ as the Primary. I can add the IP Address to the
RAQ of the original (example DNS1.example.com = 10.2.1.10, raq4r.example.com
= 10.2.2.39). The old DNS servers are Windows NT 4.0.
Thoughts, ideas, suggestions? Am I making sense on what I am wanting to do?
Drew.
