Hi, Sorry to write directly to your e-mails accounts and no to the list,

but is more faster.
   
    What I do to resolve this problem was:
       
    1) Telnet the server, login as root
    2) Then go to: cd /etc
    3) Edit the file inetd.conf, you can type: pico inetd.conf        
        (in new Cobalts the file was xinet.conf)
    4) Modify the line
        pop-3   stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd      
in.qpopper
        to:
        pop-3   stream  tcp     nowait.200  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd      
in.qpopper
    5) SAve the file.
    6) Stop and Start the Services or Restart your Cobalt.
            Stop and Start the services:
                /etc/rc.d/int.d/sendmail stop
                /etc/rc.d/int.d/inet stop        (in new Cobalts the 
file was xinet)
                /etc/rc.d/int.d/inet start        (in new Cobalts the 
file was xinet)
                /etc/rc.d/int.d/sendmail start 
        Or reboot the server
                su -
                shutdown -r now

        And will be ready!! :-)
