[cobalt-users] how to change dir rights outside /web dir?

Hi,

I'd like to give a siteadmin the right to change
dir attributes outside his own /web dir.

For a special application he needs to create a
dir outside his /web dir (this works) and chmod
it to 770 to have a php script creating some new
dirs in there.

How can I do this?
