OK - There must be another file somewhere that overwrites that file on
boot-up.
Some more background:
After I screwed up the DNS settings, the reboot process took about 15
minutes.
When I went in and fixed this file, I rebooted to make the changes - maybe I
didn't need to do that? But this reboot was back to normal speed, about 45
seconds.
After reboot, still couldn't get into the GUI. So I decided to completely
shutdown. Now it's back to the old 15 minutes to reboot time.
I promise - I WILL buy a book!
