I don't remember the original question, but based on followups to this
new thread, I'm guessing you were asking about UIs for Interbase?
I went to Google, and found a link to IbWebAdmin - web-based admin tool
for InterBase and Firebird.

Borland also makes IBConsole, for use on a Windows machine apparently.

When searching for "Interbase UI", Google also presented a paid ad for a
product called QuickDesk, "The Best InterBase Administration Tool"
(http://ems-hitech.com/quickdesk/). Also runs on Windows.
Check www.ibphoenix.com as well -- looks like more activity is taking
place on the Firebird fork.
Sorry you didn't get an answer right away - that's the way it goes
sometimes. There are also a lot of other resources out there to check
with, especially as it wasn't necessarily a Cobalt-specific question...
