Heya Folks,

I'd posted earlier how my mailing lists were taking a long time to deal 
with the list mail.
Well I managed to solve the problem (thanks for all your suggestions), 
here's what I found:

1) Changing the status of the email (bulk, list, normal, special-delivery) 
made little or no difference

2) Bulk-mailer doesn't make much difference if the list if of a small-ish 
size (mine are 60 & less on average), and makes no difference if they are 
mostly on different networks.

3) Upgrading QPopper from Version 3 (default) to Version 4.04 (solarspeed 
package) reduced the time to deliver mail by almost 1/4. Whilst technically 
(as far as I can see) this should have difference to sendmail, it worked. 
So um... yeah.
