On my raq4s, I have to run it from /usr/local/sbin, be sure that you are
in that directory. It will run from other directories but for some
reason I do not get fixes without being in that directory.
If you have not deleted anything or moved directories, then I would
reboot and then try it again. You may try affing the -f
meta-verify -s -a -f
