[cobalt-users] Meta-Verify Errors - URGENT

I am having the following problem with my Cobalt RaQ4r server:

Disk Usage Screen: 

This problem just started the day after we installed
mod_throttle on the server. When you click "Active Monitor"
and then "Disk Usage", and then "Virtual Sites" no sites are
displayed at all.

I was told to run meta-verify on one of my servers by the
technician who we hired to install mod_throttle, but when
I do that, I get a ton of errors that look like:

PS - I ran ./meta-verify -f 

----- 
site27 ! ERROR (does not exists in apache configuration) 
site27 ! ERROR (does not exist in system) 
site27 ! removed 
----- 

It says this for EVERY SINGLE site it attempts to fix!
 
And, to add to that....now that I have run that, when I
first go to the Main Server Site Administration GUI, it
doesn't show me that I have any sites installed....but
right before I ran it, it showed me all of the sites on
that screen.

Any help is appreciated!

And to add to the problem.....here is what else I have
noticed now that I ran meta-verify:

When I log into a /siteadmin of a site on that server,
the only users displayed are those that are NOT site
administrators. Any usernames that were given site
administrator priviledges are missing from view.

When I click on "Site Settings", everything exact the
IP and the domain name fields are showing.

When I click on "List Management", I get a view all
EVERY SINGLE user on the whole box!!

I gotta fix this as fast as possible, so any help is
appreciated!

Additional Comments:

I tried to run meta-verify again and now it doesn't
see any sites at all, so doesn't do anything.
