[cobalt-users] Qube3 Dialout problem

Hi All,

I'm installing a new Qube3 unit with a Adsl/cable network connection and a modem fallback system. This gives me a lot of problems.

First of all, the standaard internet connection with the analog modem will not work. When adding all the right parameters (username/password etc) the connection will dial out, but then it will report Authentication failed: The remote server failed to respond. Well, this is NOT true. The only thing i can see is that the script used is buggy. But then again, im no php/cobalt expert on this matter.  Looking up the problem at the listsever does not give an answer, neither does the support forums at sun (allthough it looks as if the problem is there with several people). 

So, is there anyone who has this working with an analog external modem? (isdn modem doesnt work at all!) Also if you have this working, could you tell me if the fallback does work, and what configuration on the dialup part should be done?

Please help, im desperate after trying for more than 12 hours now.
