I'm not sure how it would work, or how Sendmail uses the RBL and the
access list. Possibly you could add a
xxx.xx.xx.xx RELAY line for their IP, but I'm not sure if that would
override a listing on Spamcop.
Jeff Lasman would probably have better insight on that.
