I can't vouch for a 550, but we have them on RAQ3 and RAQ4 - they work ok.
The recent problem (Friday), was a customer changed from a Thawte cert to a Comodo one - no problem we'd think... WRONG... on the same box we had a customer already with a Comodo cert... should fit onto the box like a dream, right? WRONG!
Here's the problem:
They changed their root cert on Aug-31-2002... so what eh?
Well... when installing the new Root certificate provided, any certs on the OLD root cert CEASE WORKING!!
So... if you have customers on old Comodo certs on the same box as a recently issued cert, then you have to get their certs RE-ISSUED with the new root cert - or they will CEASE WORKING when you install the new root certificate bundle.
According to Comodo support, there is no way to install both root certs on the same server, so you either move the customers, or get them to re-issue the certs.
