the admin gui problem I had popped up just before doing the patches....
and it was claiming "url not found on this server"
so my admin gui problem was not ( most likely) related to cgiwrap

I too encountered problem after installing the cgiwrap. I was unable to
access the admin gui site. It highlighted that the access is denied. I
don't remember anything that https is used when accessing the admin
gui. Did anyone have the same encounter??
