[cobalt-users] a question about pine

one of the users on my box was using Pine until a few months ago (until i
disabled telnet etc anyway).
he's managed to leave a whole chunk of mails which is eating up his quota of
disk space.

can i just delete all the old pine files? or will this cause him/me problems
at any stage?
