Mailscanner can scan mail for viruses using 12 (?) different virus scanners, and for
spam using a few simple content checks, some DNSBLs and (optionally) SpamAssassin
(which in turn can use Razor and/or DCC).

I believe Mailscanner is licensed under the GPL, although I couldn't find any
licensing information during a quick visit to http://www.mailscanner.info
It's the anti-virus scanners that generally have licensing restrictions.
