That issue no longer is relevent to a fully patched RaQ3. Look at your 
/etc/named and see if the zone file is named
pri.192-26.90.100.200.in-addr.arpa or
pri.192/26.90.100.200.in-addr.arpa 
The latter being incorrect as it is like a directory '/'

How do you know it is not working?
what do you get for
dig -x 200.100.90.x  (uising your numbers)

You should get an answer similar to
;; ANSWER SECTION:
4.3.3.1.in-addr.arpa.  4h29m51s IN CNAME  4.192-26.3.2.2.in-addr.arpa.
Where the CNAME data is your in-addr-arpa data
