Unfortunately, I support a group of extremely MS-centric users <g>.  I
do need the ASP up and running.  I am thinking I may just update the
Chilisoft on the production box first, then do the uninstall
solarspeed/install Sun/reinstall Solarspeed thing, as it will match what
I know worked on the development box.

I will have to schedule a maintenance period, since we are talking
reboot so I may not get to this until later in the week, but I will let
you and the list know what happens!
