I have a few users that seem to want to leave mail on the box, then cry when
it fills up, then requiring to increase size. So your blanket policy is to
not allow stored mail. I like the idea, but I have a few that live by
webmail. What would you recommend for that situation??

Those using openwebmail are better for us in some ways then the Eudora users - openwebmail repacks the email file, Eudora only can repack it on the client side. So if there is on message sitting that can't be deleted the files stays the full size.
