Not that this has anything to do with Cobalt, but you're going to screw
a user big time that way when one of them is on vacation, uses Hotmail
or Yahoo to check their POP and leave the message on the server so they
can download it when they get home only to find you deleted an important
email.
I have always instructed users not to leave mail on the server and
simply check the spool once in a while to see if any users mail file is
huge. I then drop them a polite note to please be sure their email
program is not set to leave messages on the server. People sometimes
upgrade and forget to make that default with their new program.

Set a lower limit for file size in the GUI.
