RE: [cobalt-users] cgiwrap problem AFTER latest raq4 patches ?

Anybody have a clue on this one for me to try ?

I've got clients waiting for some sort of resolution here....

the cgiwrap update seems to be the cause of their scripts no longer working.

I have a customer notifying me of this problem now (see below), within days
of installing the patches from cobalt (including the cgiwrap patch).

(when executed from the web it just displays the typical 'internal server
error' message)

Anybody else have this problem ? and/or know a solution ?
Or is it just this client's script that needs to be done differently...

any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Subject: web e-mail script broken

One of our clients tried to submit the form
www.frontierasset.com/cgi-bin/request.cgi. This script
should display a thank-you page and e-mail the form's data to us, but the
error message from
the error-log is:
malformed header from script. Bad header=efoote@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx No:
/usr/cgiwrap/cgiwrap
This script has not been changed since a couple of months ago, and worked
then. So I checked other
scripts, and found all my perl scripts that send information through the
e-mail via the /usr/sbin/sendmail
program are not working anymore when they try to use sendmail.
