You should have one file called cmu.xml or one file called
<hostname-of-source>.cmu-xml-files.tar.gz - if you have the later one,
you have to uncompress this file first with
tar zxvf <hostname-of-source.cmu-xml-files.tar.gz>
this archive contains all xml-files, including cmu.xml and the
site-specific xml-files.
