Thanks a lot Bruce... two more quick questions ...

1. where are the instructions on how to use the OS restore CD? I searched the knowledge base, but can only find an entry for what to do when the OS restore CD installation hangs mid-stream - that knowledge base is a little lacking in 'knowledge'. ;{)

2. is it possible to load a RAQ3/4/4i restore CD to the Qube3 I have? (I'm not sure what Qube it was originally, but it just says "Qube 3" on the label, then a code of 600-7459-01 - I can provide the S/N if this is needed). Basically, I'd like to make this an office test machine for RAQ installations and upgrades - it was a cheaper than a RAQ at the time... although buying a fully restored machine may be an option next time!).
