RE: [cobalt-users] Me Again with email Issue not handled on our box

<snip>
I have posted the question a few times and so far the answers aren't what
seems to be the issue.

We have a domain we handle hosting only, the client does their own mail
services. Their ISP does the DNS. When we send mail to them from our
address, which resides on the same box we get a no such user here error.

Is it possible to forward mail to the outside address from our box to the
proper MX address?? Here is the info on the problem domain

Web Address (pha.peoria.il.us)
MX (mail.pha.peoria.il.us points to pha.peoria.il.us 207.179.3222.166)

This is getting aggravating. Should I move them to a different box?? This
will only help those not on that box. Users on the new box would still have
same issues we do.

We have exactly the same issue here before I started, which I resolved on our RaQ3's.
Basically, I presume you've done the usual:
Untick the box in the SiteAdmin page for Accept Email for Domain
Remove it from /etc/mail/access
Remote it from /etc/sendmail.cw

Remade the .db files and restarted sendmail.
