It does no good to have more than one ptr / ip address. When a lookup is
executed bind will find the first ptr for that ip address. Remember it's
looking up an ip address not a name.

Here is a snipet of a .in-addr.arpa file
35   in    ptr     www.domain1.tld
35   in    ptr     www.domain2.tld
35   in    ptr     www.domain3.tld
35   in    ptr     www.domain4.tld
35   in    ptr     www.domain5.tld
35   in    ptr     www.domain6.tld
35   in    ptr     www.domain7.tld

It does not hurt to have more than one ptr / ip, it just doesn't help
anything.
