Is your site email a catch-all account.  Is there user-id called "info", if 
there is not then you need to subscribe your email in the list as 
"email-alias@xxxxxxxxxxxx".  The default subscription only recognizes the 
email user-ids on the Raq and not the email address. So if you have a 
catch-all account with name "xyz" what gets subscribed is the actual xyz pop3 
account/User-ID.
