Sure. Webalizer itself doesn't know which sites are on your server. A
script of some kind must be setup to tell it which log files to parse and
where to save the output files. If you already have a script that handles
report generation for all sites, simply modify the script to either include
the sites to run it for or exclude those not to run it for. Also, consider
chown'ing the output files to root:root for all or specific sites so they
don't count against the site's quota.
