This sounds like the same issue we had with our Raq4. Sending mail to a user
on the raq from outside network would give us the same error. Look in the
email server/parameters/relay for the following users domain. Make sure the
Vsite is listed. We found our Raq4 not entering information there. Add the
proper domain this may solve it.
