I'm just installing OSCommerce (www.oscommerce.com) and it seems very good.
I think you could be up and running in 2 to 4 hours with a very basic
template. 3 or 4 days if you wanted to do some serious customisation. It's
free, it has order tracking, order history, all sorts of things that some
paid packages don't have.
And no, it's nothing to do with me.
