[cobalt-users] Bandwidth Question raq2

I seem to have a customers machine a cobalt raq2 that every so often gets a 
ton of hits.  this morning it was enough to kill a 6mb data pipe coming 
into the building.  is there anyway to limit the bandwidth on a raq2 ?
