Back in the days when I had shared hosting packages I once had a
hostng company that offered a very interesting email feature:
the "return receipt" I think it was called. When sending an email to
someone you could receive a confirmation email that notified the
arrival of the email (not the download or the user reading it, just
the arrival of the email at the right server).

Is this feature available on RAQ servers? Or Maybe through installing
an application?
