Actually, no, and that was the problem.  In the control panel it showed it
as being disabled.  I 'enabled' it through the CP and then disabled it, and
the warning went away.

On the other issue, with the site giving a disk usage warning, figured this
one out too.  Quite an interest "bug" I'd say.  Seems when this site was
entered no aliases were entered for it.  For some odd ball reason, it not
having an alias cause the CP to think there's an issue with the disk usage.
