My Raq4 from dedicated servers has https support straight out of the box and
i have added SSH - I have also changed the root
password - only causes problems when I need them to do some support work
on the server (very rare) - so i just change it back (if
i can) or tell them the password then change it again when they have
finished

The hosting provider that was chosen (www.dedicated-servers.co.uk) does not
have https or ssh installed. They emailed us the root password and told
us not to change it.
Need less to say we're pissed off and want to leave them without using
the service. Does cobalt come with these options and they've just not
bothered to install them?
thanks,
Mike
