[cobalt-users] RaQ4r File Upload via CGI

I have a file upload script that receives filenames via an HTML form and
uploads them to a specified directory on the customers web site. When
they upload the file, the script indicates the entire size of the file
was uploaded, but when we look, only a portion of the file was received
and deemed corrupt when you attempt to open it. During this example we
are currently working with, the free space available for the user is
27MB according to Cobalt GUI and command line quota <username>. The
actual file size we're trying to send is 23MB in size and only 12MB make
it up. The script is owned by an admin user which the file inherits
ownership from and that user has used 10MB out of 45MB (but the overall
available for the site is 27MB). We tried using a different user on the
site that has 0 used space and managed 17MB, but still not the total
file size. As anyone run into any kind of related Cobalt quota problem
with this before?
