Still an issue for me... I tried sending this AM...

When I try doing a dig hotmail.com ANY, my name server gives a connection
timed out.

# dig hotmail.com any

; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> hotmail.com any
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; res_nsend to server default -- 216.29.244.18: Connection timed out

but dig'ing to yahoo.com responds almost immediately.
