Kam,
Who sent your other office the spam, 'Tom' the Cobaltracks 'Sales'
department.
Cobaltrack has been known to spam, so if you work for them you sent your
message to the wrong place.
Cobaltracks screwed many people. Even under new management and a whole new
staff I would never give them a penny.

I HAD two servers temporarily there about 1 - 1.5 years ago.
They are by far the worst place I have ever dealt with.
To point - and this can be confirmed by anyone who has been around a while
or just check the archives.
1- They reformatted RAQ3's and sold them as RAQ4's. They said it was some
type of 'accident' or 'provisioning problem', but they did it for many on
this list as well as my two.
2 - Downtime - They probably had one T1 and they definitely over sold it.
Access was poor to known existent. I've dealt with many companies over the
years, never one quite so bad.
3 - Poor service - Though they had numerous problems they would never admit
it. Simple tracerts would show that service dead at their router yet they
would always say the problem was with Cable and Wireless.
4 - No after hour / weekend tech support. If there router was down on Friday
night, you could expect it to be back up on Monday around noon.

I have found in this business as well as most,
