I think if you edit the .htaccess file in the stats directory and remove the
REQUIRE directive you should be ok. Do NOT delete the file as then the
batch job (ie the one from PKGmaster) will create it.
For new sites you could edit the webalizer.pl in the cron.daily directory
and not allow the script to put in the require directive. A more permanant
solution.
