I tried adding external hardrive using SCSI port but didn't work. is there
anyother way?

Sure. Swap out the IDE drive for a larger one. Use Norton Ghost to set the
partition sizes on the new one to values appropriate and consistient with
its
larger size and to copy the contents of the old HD partitions to a new ones.
Note this will require you to remove the HD from the Raq and connect it
to a windows PC running Norton Ghost. Be certain that the size of the new
HD is not too large as to not be supported by the BIOS of the Raq. After
you get the new HD configured to you liking, install it in the Raq and
reboot.
Before you upgrade your HD it would probably be useful to look at the size
and purpose of all the files in your /home partition. By removing or
possibly
compression selected files you may be able to avoid having to upgrade your
HD.
Using the space you already have is both easier and less expensive than just
throwing more hardware at the problem. If I were you, I'd start by cd'ing to
the /home directory and doing: ls -ltR . |less
