Yes the /member/comments.html was replaces with /test.html (A test 404 page)
and is on the server as well. It's the change in the httpd.conf I do not
have I guess. Anyone have a solution to this?

Naturally you replaced my file name and path (/member/comments.html) with
your own...right?
Do you have .htaccess enabled in your httpd.conf? There is something in
there that¹s needs changing--perhaps one of the experts here can refresh my
memory as to the details??
