[cobalt-users] can't connect with ftp

Cobalt Users,

I am unable to connect with ftp.  The cobalt GUI shows ftp running fine, but 
I can't connect.  The weird thing is that I CAN connect using a different 
internet connection.  Does this mean my ip address is being blocked?

This has happened before and the only solution is to reboot.  I've been 
connecting with ftp all day long with no problems.  All of the sudden, it 
stopped working.

Does cobalt block my IP address after I've connected with ftp too many 
times?
