Bind should by default listen on all the IP addresses on your box.  Do a
--> netstat -na | grep ":53" <-- to verify.  If your it is NOT listening
on the IP address, do a /etc/rc.d/init.d/named restart  I have a Raq4r
and it listens on all the IPs, even my virtual IPs.
