[cobalt-users] duplicate entries in hosts.deny

Hello List.

I use portsentry on my server and I find that every day entries to
my hosts.deny increases, which is fine if the new entries are 
always new.  Instead, I get a couple new (unique) entries added but the 
majority of entries are duplicate.  So I end
up with a file loaded with repeated entries of the same IP address.

Is there a way to prevent duplicate entries from being added?
Is there a script to clean out the duplicate IPs?
