[cobalt-users] Help Needed - Newbie.

Hi all, 

First post, hope everyone treats me gently.
 

I have a number of problems on my Raq 4, I would like to
try & resolve them myself  but would appreciate a few pointers in the
right direction.

I've looked on the list archives and not come up with much, probably not
using it the right way. 

Initially can someone help me by telling me once I have telnet into the
box how can I tell if all the services are running as they should be,

If some have stopped how do I re-start them. 

That's it for the mo won't babble anymore for now.
