I am asking how does one allow a new client to access their webspace on a
cobalt raq4 without their domain name yet pointing to my cobalt IP

Are you asking how one runs outsourced DNS?  I'm sorry, but I'm
scratching my head, here.

terribly difficult.  It's easier than the system administration
